By March 26, 2023, eToro Money crypto wallet will be making some alterations to its services.
The crypto token conversion service will be discontinued. Consequently, users of the eToro Money crypto wallet will no longer have the ability to switch any of the cryptocurrencies in the Wallet to other digital assets.
As of March 26, 2023, the eToro Money Crypto Wallet will no longer accept the following crypto tokens:
- AUDX
- CADX
- CHFX
- CNYX
- EURX
- GBPX
- GLDX
- HKDX
- JPYX
- NZDX
- PLNX
- RUBX
- SGDX
- SLVX
- TRYX
- USDEX
- ZARX
If you have any of the previously mentioned tokens stored in your eToro Money Crypto Wallet, you have the option of exchanging them for one of the Wallet’s supported crypto assets.
If you have not done the conversion prior to 11:59 PM GMT on March 25, 2023, the USD value of the eToro crypto tokens will be returned to your eToro investment account at the rate available to eToro when the wallet closes within seven business days.
To ensure a smooth trading experience, eToro advises traders to prepare their funds before the deadline. If you currently possess the relevant tokens outside the eToro Money Crypto Wallet, transfer them back to the Wallet and switch them to one of the Wallet’s supported crypto assets before 11:59 PM GMT on March 25, 2023.
