Miami International Holdings agrees To Buy LedgerX

Miami International Holdings, the owner of the Miami International Securities Exchange, has agreed to buy all the interests of LedgerX from Ledger Holdings.

LedgerX is a trading exchange and clearinghouse based in Miami, Florida. It is regulated by:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Registered as a Designated Contract Market (DCM), Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), and Swap Execution Facility (SEF).

The purchase agreement is subject to certain conditions, such as regulatory compliance, the absence of any objections, and final sale order approval by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
