ATFX, a broker dealing in Forex and CFDs, brought on Gonzalo Canete, formerly of Swissquote, as the company’s Global Chief Market Strategist.
On his LinkedIn profile, he announced:
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Chief Market Strategist at ATFX UK.
Canete has added two decades of expertise to his latest assignment at ATFX. Prior to this, he served nearly a decade at Swissquote, most recently as Head of Desk and Associate Director for half a decade. He has also been a Senior Business Manager and Head of Education at the Switzerland-based broker.
Prior to his time at Swissquote in 2013, Canete had also been employed by several other trading services providers. He had a brief stint at Saxo Bank, where he was part of the client trading services team, creating market analyses for Spanish media outlets and providing trading assistance for institutional collaborators.
He also made available dealer services for CFDs, foreign exchange, futures, exchange-traded funds, and stock markets.
