The securities exchange network, Cboe Global Markets, Inc, declared the employment of William Farrow as the new Lead Director.
Cboe Global Markets Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ed Tilly, said:
On behalf of the entire Cboe team, I would like to thank Eugene Sunshine for his incredible dedication to Cboe and the expertise, counsel and leadership he has provided over the past two decades.
William has served on Cboe’s Board since 2016. Earlier, he was:
- Managing Partner and CEO of FC Partners Group, LLC from 2007 to 2009
- Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Chicago Board of Trade from 2001 to 2007
Additionally, Farrow serves on the boards of directors of CoBank, Inc. and on the board of directors of publicly traded company WEC Energy Group, Inc.
He is the owner of an advisory company, Winston and Wolfe LLC.
