CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) has revealed that Euan Marshall will be stepping down from his roles as Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company, effective January 2024. Marshall will be taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer at IntegraFin Holdings plc.
In the coming six months, Mr. Marshall will continue to concentrate on smoothly transferring his duties to someone else. The process of finding a new CFO will start soon, and we will provide more information at the right time.
