Visa Appoints New Financial Chief

Visa has chosen Chris Suh to be its new CFO.

Vasant Prabhu will step down from his role as long-time CFO of Visa on September 30th, 2023. From July 10th until August 1st, Rajat Suh will begin his transition to the CFO position, assuming full responsibility for the role on the latter date.

Suh will now work alongside Visa CEO Ryan McInerney and be a part of the company’s senior leadership team. He will manage financial planning and reporting, plus all finance operations and the connection with investors. Suh comes from his position as Chief Financial Officer at Electronic Arts (EA).

Before joining EA, Suh was in charge of the finances for Microsoft’s Cloud + AI group. He had been part of the company for over 25 years and was key to the transformation of Azure and Dynamics into cloud-first businesses. He had held many senior financial positions, including heading their Investor Relations for five years.

Suh said:
