Beeks Gets OneChronos Deal

OneChronos

Beeks Group and OneChronos are teaming up to provide top of the line computing power and a secure setting for Beeks’ upcoming ATS.

OneChronos

OneChronos is an American stock trading system designed to bridge the gap between how stock trades are matched on trading platforms and how traders need to buy and sell.

Head of Engineering at OneChronos, Iris McAtee, said:

After a thorough review of the market, we’re thrilled to have successfully outsourced infrastructure to Beeks high- performance, modern compute capabilities. Beeks will help us better deliver on the One Chronos value proposition, using high-performance compute to provide differentiated execution and liquidity for our members. Beeks’ flexible architecture and solutions help us develop product and deliver breakthrough smart market matching functionality to our members, faster and cheaper.

OneChronos specializes in providing advanced, innovative technology to its members to increase efficiency. Beeks was chosen to help make OneChronos’s revolutionary Smart Market Technology a reality.

Iris continued:

2022 was a very volatile year for equities, presenting challenges in forecasting costs and having burst capacity on hand. Through Exchange Cloud, we not only had burst capacity but eliminated the long lead times of supply chains, procurement, and infrastructure in colocation.

When analyzing options for high-performance computing and infrastructure, OneChronos considered two main factors: their ability to offer elastic computing in the NY5 data center and the associated costs.

Chronos is made up of many big and small players in the financial industry, including top banks. Beeks is providing analytics to their existing services, helping to reduce costs and providing a 24/7 Capital Markets monitoring service. Their solution combines advanced analytics with a convenient cloud setup.

CEO at Beeks Group, Gordon MacArthur, said:

It has always been our vision to empower our clients to work with speed and agility. Having the ability to deliver, deploy, and centralize the compute solution for both physical and cloud deployments is key to delivering a scalable and cost-effective offering.
