Interactive Brokers has recently made a move to further improve their trading services with the launch of a new iteration of the TWS API.
The most up-to-date version (10.22) now incorporates delayed yield bid/ask. There are two new types of ticks:
- DELAYED_YIELD_BID (103)
- DELAYED_YIELD_ASK (104).
The solution does not use FADataType.PROFILES anymore and instead opts for the “Unification of Groups and Profiles”.
Interactive Brokers recently unveiled version 10.19 of its TWS API. This new version included updates to Bond Issuer, with additional fields added to both the SymbolSamples response and ReqContractDetails request.
The API also now provides support for instrument timezones, enabling users to input date/time values in either UTC, the exchange’s timezone, or the user’s own timezone.
