CySEC Ends License of Trilt

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) declared the cancellation of Trilt Ltd’s Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) permission.

The regulators made their decision on March 20, 2023 to retract the company’s license. This is in line with sections 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities. And Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, as the company has chosen to explicitly reject its license.

In March, CySEC took away the CIF authorization of Holiway Investments Ltd, the operator of Milton Prime. This was preceded by February’s announcement of the CIF authorization withdrawal of MAGNUM FX (CYPRUS) LTD and Inveza Capital, formerly known as NFX Capital Cy Ltd and Vinst Capital Limited.
