Since 2018, Ali Cagdas Tuna has been part of the Trive Group, starting his job as a senior trader at GKFX Prime. He has also had previous jobs at TeraFX / Tera Europe Ltd and GCM Forex.

Global Kapital Group, owned by Kasim Garipoğlu, recently restructured in 2022 and moved its retail (GKFX) and institutional (GKPro) brokerage arms to Amsterdam-based Trive. In early 2023, we learned that GKFX and GKPro were going to go through a rebranding process and become known as Trive.

The Malta branch of the company underwent a restructure in which it changed its name from AKFX Financial Services Ltd to Trive Financial Services Malta Limited. In connection, the company’s Retail FX was also relabeled from GKFX to Trive.
