Dr Hans Buehler has been elevated to the role of Co-Chief Executive Officer by London-headquartered multi-asset market maker, XTX Markets.
Dr Buehler, said:
It’s an honour to take over as Co-CEO from Zar. XTX is in a very strong business position, and I look forward to continuing to work with Alex to further grow the business.
He is a knowledgeable specialist in the financial sector who has been in the field for over 20 years. Before working in the corporate world, he achieved a Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics.
Before joining XTX Markets, he was employed by JPMorgan Chase for 14 years, taking on higher positions and eventually leaving as the Global Head of Data Analytics, Automation & Optimisation for Equities, and more.
Also he was employed at the London branch of the Deutsche Bank for seven years.
