CySEC recently announced that three companies have been removed from the Investors Compensation Fund’s list of members. All of these companies had their CIF licenses revoked.

Inveza Capital chose to end its license in December 2022, while F1Markets Ltd and FF Simple and Smart Trades Investment Services Ltd also made similar decisions. Although the companies are no longer members of the ICF, customers who have already invested in the companies still have the right to receive compensation, as long as the conditions for compensation are met.

Inveza, which had a website called inveza.com, has been under the control of CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) since 2013. It has gone by different names, including NFX Capital Cy Ltd and Vinst Capital Limited. Additionally, FF Simple and Smart Trades Investment Services manage two brands, Toro Invest, and TradoCenter, that provide margin trading for both retail and professional customers.
